Plan conditions
- Routine updates mean small edits to existing content. New pages, major redesigns, complex changes, extensive troubleshooting and new integrations are quoted separately.
- Unused monthly time does not roll over unless expressly agreed.
- Emergency and out-of-hours support is excluded unless expressly agreed.
- Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times.
- Domain, hosting, paid software and third-party costs remain separate unless included in writing.
- Plans are arranged directly with us. There is no online subscription checkout; the cancellation notice period is set out before you sign up.

Know a business that could benefit from a better website? Introduce them to Unhype Studio. When they complete an eligible project, you receive a cash reward. Refer one business or one hundred — there’s no limit to your direct referrals.

The business you refer may receive £50 off an eligible project, subject to a minimum project value and exclusions. It is not combined with founding-client pricing or other promotions.
Who qualifies?
- The business is genuinely new to Unhype Studio and not already an active enquiry.
- The referral is recorded before they sign their project agreement.
- They sign an eligible project agreement and pay the required amount.
- Payment clears and any cancellation or refund period has passed.
- No self-referrals, duplicates or fraudulent entries. One reward per new customer; no rewards for referrals made by people you referred.
- Enquiries, quotes, free previews and unpaid agreements do not qualify. Rewards are paid after these conditions are verified.
The referral programme is not live yet
Rewards begin once the referral terms are published and the payment process is confirmed. Introductions can’t be recorded online yet — you can prepare one below or email hello@unhypestudio.com directly.

How much does a website cost?
Essential Website is £399 standard and Business Website £799 standard, with introductory founding-client rates of £299 and £599. Tailored Digital Solutions start from £900, subject to scope. Your exact price is confirmed in a written quote, and accepted quotes are honoured. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
What is the free homepage preview?
A limited, non-production homepage concept for suitable prospects, offered at our discretion. It is not a complete working website and there is no obligation to buy.
What isn’t included in the price?
Domain registration, hosting, premium assets, paid plugins, third-party subscriptions, payment processing charges and other external services are separate unless explicitly included in your written quotation.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the agreed scope, content readiness and feedback. We agree a realistic schedule with you before work begins.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. Every package includes responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Can you help after launch?
Yes. Choose a Care plan (£29/month), Care+ (£69/month) or pay-as-you-go support at £50/hour. Larger changes are quoted separately.
